No. The Strategic Program is optional after onboarding. It is designed for companies that want continued help implementing SOPs, improving workflows, and using BrushBoss as a stronger operating system.
Are there feature gates?
No. BrushBoss is priced as one platform. Your monthly subscription includes access to the core BrushBoss features rather than splitting functionality across multiple plans.
How does user pricing work?
BrushBoss is $650/month and includes one active Account Owner user. Additional active users are $29/month per user. Users are those who have an active login and can access BrushBoss for the purpose of estimating or timekeeping, etc. Profiles that exist for time tracking by their crew leader so they appear on payroll reports have no access to BrushBoss, and are free.
Do customers sign an agreement?
Yes. Customers sign a BrushBoss Order Form and accept the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before using the platform.
Can BrushBoss be customized to our company?
BrushBoss is not custom-built software, but onboarding and the Strategic Program help tailor workflows, roles, templates, and approval processes around how your company operates.
